This reinforces the external outlook that the market is growing.
As well as our own experience and expertise in driving bookings, we partner with Hoseasons too, taking advantage of their extensive research and analysis to ensure we are providing what the market is seeking. This two-prong booking strategy safeguards our occupancy levels in excess of 90% which in turn enables us to offer attractive yields to our property owners. After deducting all associated costs to include booking commission, resort fees, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, insurance, and incidentals, we are able to offer an 8% net yield on purchase cost, which is a 40% net profit margin on turnover for the property itself. This is significantly higher return than most residential buy to let properties and without the hassle.
We are so confident in this performance that we are quite happy to guarantee it at a fixed rate for fixed periods. This is typically 5 years but can be negotiated to create a bespoke plan to suit your needs. Our holiday pricing increases by between 3 & 5% p.a. typically so the yield increases over time and many owners wish to keep their property beyond the guarantee period to enjoy the increased yield performance. Due to the strict manufacturing selections and long period of tenure we provide on the land, our properties can continue to produce these yields sustainably for the foreseeable future with due care and maintenance, just like any other property.
